for CBR 400 RR
Many
of you out there will be wanting information on how to repair your
Honda CBR. Rather than paying costly mechanic fees, you can easily
repair practically anything with the use of a Motorcycle manual.
This is where a company called "Hanyes" come in. They are
a very well written and documented book, and I highly suggest that
you purchase one. The book rates all tasks on the bike with a
spanner table, 1-5. i.e 1 spanner is easy, and 5 is complicated.

You can purchase this from Haynes directly on the
internet, I am positive that they ship internationally, and also do
the book in a number of languages. Unfortunately they do not make
them specifically for the CBR 250, although the bikes are very
similar between each other.
Repair
If you are having trouble locating parts, then try
giving this company a ring, they deal in Honda original parts for
both the CBR 250 and 400 models. They have the microfish for the
bikes, so they will get the parts direct from Honda. This can mean
that prices are abnormally high compared to the aftermarket
companies, but in most cases, is the only way you can get the part
you require.
