Hello! this is the land of
the cbr 400RR, as you probably know they come in all shapes, usually
between the triarm, and the gullarm. Now in my opinion the gullarm
is the business, and is often called a babyblade because it
looks kinda like a Fireblade if you look at it. My own cbr i had
Fireblade stickers made up for it to trick people even more :)

I have owned a CBR400RR for roughly a year, and
before that I owned an RGV250. Now people ask me a lot what I prefer,
and there are definite good and bad points for both of them. My RGV
used to weigh piss all, this is because it was powered by a 2 stroke
engine and so was much lighter due to a simpler engine make up. The
CBR is much wider and heavier than the RGV, and is a completely
different ride, you have to treat the RGV with respect while your hammering
her, or otherwise she will turn around and bite you in the ass. The
RGV is a VERY! peaky power bike, it goes from being boggy to taking
your bloody arms off when you hit the power band, while the CBR is
more of a steady progressive power build up, although generally
speaking the CBR needed to be kept in the power range of around
10000rpm to be competitive against other bikes etc. (This is where
the real power starts).

Roll up roll up!! I know how much you

My CBR :) As
you can see this is my NC29, it was re-sprayed from its original
colors red and white to the urban tiger colors, its much more sexy.
If you got a keen eye, you probably noticed that there is no ram air
on it, this is because they were being re-sprayed back to their original
color which was black. In a matter of fact the ram airs don't
actually do anything on the 400, to my dis-belief thinking they
would point to the intake on air box, they just point flat against
the metal on the carbs!!!, I was like errrr, is something wrong
here! I think Honda went for the cosmetic image when they did this
to improve the looks on the bike. :(
I bought this bike of my mate Ben Innes, who has recently bought him
self a GSX-R 600, which i have got on camera too, soon to be
uploaded to the video section!. The only thing that is stopping me
from buying a bigger bike is that my insurance is stupid, with 14
points and a ban, insurance companies don't particularly like me!.
Not
to long ago some tosser smashed me off my motorbike while on a
roundabout, my bike is in a severe mess, take a look of what this
asshole did to my pride and joy :( My Dead cbr :(

I need help with this im not sure where ever or not
its worth repairing, i cant claim on the insurance for reasons to
detailed to explain, but it needs a totally new front ferin, and a
right hand side engine casing because its smashed near where the
dipstick is. Originally it was worth about £1900 - £2100, can i
have some tips on repairing or what i should do with it? Thanks
